Vineeta’s passion is building highest performing, result oriented and business focused teams based on the principles of human behaviour and motivation.
She is actively involved in promoting diversity and inclusion agenda, building a strong pipe of future leaders and driving employee volunteering through corporate social responsibility agenda for EY India. Being part of EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, Africa) EY D&I leads group, she collaborates with leadership to create an inclusive workplace. She strongly believes that diversity of culture, experience and thought drives innovative thinking. She believes in bringing in disruption through various initiatives to drive the organization’s commitment towards hiring diverse talent, building a strong gender balanced leadership pipe, promoting flexibility at work, changing mind-sets to eliminate biases, enabling working mothers, up skilling women, raising brand awareness, creating recognition culture, engaging with millennials, promoting disability inclusion & strengthening association. She specializes bringing in cultural change and has significantly contributed to various strategic organizational change initiatives and creating sustainable models.
She thinks that the issue of skill gap has been widely ignored until now in India and it’s critical to equip our youth with the required skill set and enabling them to have a brighter and better future. She strongly believes that “If you give charity one time, you feed a person for a day, but if you impart knowledge and skills she will feed herself rest of her life” and this is what she endeavoured to do through corporate social responsibility volunteering activities.
She is a TRACOM Certified on Social Styles and Inter Cultural Intelligence Accredited Professional. She specializes in training people to have effective upward transition in their careers. She has been recognised with ‘Women HR Professional – HR Distinction Award’ By HR Association of India 2018, ‘Rising star award’ by WeAreTheCity in 2017 for her efforts inpromoting Diversity & Inclusiveness.
