Dr Swati Subodh is the co-founder of 1M1B Foundation which is a social innovation and future skills initiative aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She is a scientist by training with focus on personalized approaches for better healthcare. Her work has been supported by govt. and non-govt agencies; and published in reputed journals. Her organization works with youth and women in underserved and marginalized communities by using tools of entrepreneurship to address pertinent issues of the community; also leading to social and economic inclusion of individuals engaged.
Swati has delivered talks internationally, including at United Nations HQ, TEDx and BioAsia, with keynote at the Global Symposium on IoT. She is part of many national level committees and councils, besides being a visiting faculty at few universities. Swati is also an invited columnist & features writer in various media houses where she writes about issues at the intersection of science & technology, and on the startup ecosystem.
