As a Chairman CSR Board, he has been the brain behind the selection of Engineering Excellence as the thematic base for CSR program. His knowledge of the Engineering domain has helped in designing of various CSR programmatic threads for bridging the gap between education and employability for marginalized which will ultimately impact whole Engineering Ecosystem in the long run.
Through a flagship CSR program, “Arise” and its various diversified programmatic threads such as Training of Trainers, Women Empowerment Program, Digital Accessibility Program and sustained CSR Mentorship/Volunteering Program, he raised the bar of social responsibility; making it more real for the beneficiaries. Dedicated CSR Mentoring Program has also inculcated a commitment and passion for social change into the business lexicon of the Company. Under his leadership, the program is organically evolving multifold, touching diversified needs of hundreds and thousands of engineering students of tier II and Tier III Colleges, teachers and other beneficiary groups including visually challenged and transgenders.
