Head – Corporate Talent functions, EY GDS India
Marjeri heads the Corporate Talent functions, comprising of D&I, Rewards, Policies and compliances verticals at EY’s Global Delivery Services for India. She has been with the firm since January 2013 and is responsible to ensure a firm wide lens in managing Talent with consistent practices and process thereby eliminating the need for any unwanted biases when Talent processes get designed or re-designed.
Prior to EY, Marjeri has been with leading organizations including Accenture, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, with experiences spreading across Middle East and India in the field of Talent Rewards. Her growing up outside India and international work experiences have led her to apply a very different view point when it comes to dealing with people cross cultures, naturally making her a D&I advocate. She was instrumental in hiring the first PWD for the Talent team and ensuring the ROI framework for D&I was set up over a period of 2 years and got reported at a defined frequency to the leadership group. In addition to this, she has been instrumental in
leading significant integration efforts of two major entities within the organization over the last 2
years in the space of Rewards and policies. Marjeri holds a MBA from Bharathiar University and
most recently has completed her PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur in 2015, while handling a
full time job.
