The Employee Network Excellence Award
This award recognizes an employee network which has been able to demonstrate its impact in shaping and driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda; and demonstrated the sustained value it has added to the business
- The minimum number of employees in the organisation nominated for the employee network excellence should be 100. It should have provided evidence of how the network has raised awareness of opportunities and challenges; provided insights and innovative ideas to develop workable solutions.
- It should have provided evidence of how they engage with and utilise their senior champion(s) to ensure pace, focus and direction. It should have demonstrated how the network has empowered and supported it’s members to realise their full potential, for example, with events/master classes, coaching and mentoring.
- It includes examples of positive outcomes arising from their interventions/ development activities provided. It should provide evidence of their contribution to delivering improved business performance, through building inclusion, as evidenced in external benchmarking exercises (e.g. Race for Opportunity, Business Disability Forum, Stonewall, Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion etc.)
