The Divers-ability Award

This award recognizes an organization for initiating and leading action to remove barriers and improve the working experience and engagement levels of disabled purchase ativan employees or through excellence in the delivery of services to disabled people.

Assessment Criteria

It shows evidence that they have created an inclusive culture by challenging disability inequalities/barriers/bias in the application of people management policies and have taken steps to eliminate or reduce incidents of bullying, harassment or discrimination against disabled employees or service users. It provides evidence that work experience and engagement of disabled employees has improved and they have realized their full potential as a result of their intervention/action.

Further, it proactively engages with disabled groups, applying insight and understanding acquired to tackle issues identified, and foster an inclusive working environment for all employees; and/or ensure services are fully accessible and meet the needs of disabled customers.
